Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping for T-shirts (Printify)

Our t-shirts are printed and shipped on demand by our partner, Printify. This allows us to offer you a wide range of high-quality designs.

The shipping costs and delivery times for t-shirts depend on two main factors:

  • Your geographic location: Printify has printing centers worldwide and will choose the one closest to you to optimize delivery times.
  • The number of items: Shipping costs are calculated for the first item, and an additional (reduced) cost is applied for each extra t-shirt in the same order.

How are the costs calculated? The exact shipping cost for t-shirts will be automatically calculated at checkout after you have entered your shipping address. You will be able to see the final cost before confirming your order.

Estimated delivery times from Printify:

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • United States: 5 to 8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 30 business days

3. Shipping for Paintings

Each painting is a unique piece of art, packaged and shipped with the utmost care directly from my studio.

  • Shipping to Europe (European Union, UK, Switzerland):
    • FREE
  • Shipping to the United States:
    • Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the artwork to ensure its safety during transit.
    • Small to medium size: €29.00
    • Large size: €33.00
    • The applicable shipping cost will be clearly indicated when you select your painting and at checkout.

Estimated delivery times for paintings:

  • Europe: 5 to 7 business days
  • United States: 7 to 15 business days

4. Shipping for Bags

Our bags are also prepared and shipped by me.

  • Shipping to Europe (European Union, UK, Switzerland):
    • FREE
  • Shipping to the United States:
    • Fixed shipping fee: €23.00

Estimated delivery times for bags:

  • Europe: 5 to 7 business days
  • United States: 7 to 15 business days

5. General Information

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs and Import Taxes (for customers outside the European Union) Your order may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

  • For customers in the United States: As a general rule, orders with a value below $800 USD are exempt from customs duties.
  • Responsibility: Wizzuniverse is not responsible for these charges. All customs and tax fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are also not responsible for delays caused by the customs clearance process. For more information, please contact your country's customs office.

Incorrect Shipping Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. In case of an error, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package or for any reshipment fees.
